TERMS OF USE
Terms of Use
Version 1.0 · 5 October 2026
These terms govern the use of Gaby Reca Elite Hub on the web and in the iOS and Android apps.
This is a courtesy translation. The Spanish version is the legally binding one; in case of discrepancy, the Spanish text prevails.
The essentials
- Gaby Reca Elite Hub is the platform your club uses to plan training and track your progress. Your club registers you and decides what you can see and do.
- Your account is personal. Your email address is your username, and your password must not be shared.
- If you are under 14, these terms are accepted on your behalf by your parent or legal guardian.
- Connecting a wearable is voluntary and you can disconnect it whenever you want. Health information and the app's suggestions are not a medical diagnosis.
- The methodology, exercises and content of the platform belong to Gaby Reca Elite Hub and may only be used within it.
- If these terms change materially, we will tell you in the app and ask you to accept them again.
Who provides the service
The Gaby Reca Elite Hub platform is provided by GABY & VERE S.L. (hereinafter, “we”).
What Gaby Reca Elite Hub is
Gaby Reca Elite Hub is a sports management and tracking platform for padel clubs and academies. It is used through the web application, at app.gabyrecaelitehub.com, and through the iOS and Android apps. Among other things, it can be used to:
- plan training sessions and groups, and view the schedule;
- keep each player's sports profile, with their category, level and technical progress;
- record attendance and effort for each session;
- track training load and, if the player connects a wearable, their recovery, sleep and activity data;
- record voice notes from the coach, which are transcribed and summarised;
- consult the Reca Lab and ADN Reca methodology: exercises, template sessions and programmes;
- receive notifications about sessions and about changes that affect you.
The features available depend on your role and on what your club has contracted.
Your relationship with your club
Your club contracts the platform and registers you on it. Therefore:
- Your club decides your role, whether player, coach, specialist or administrator, and with it which information you have access to.
- Your club may deactivate or remove your access. If it does, we will notify you by email.
- Sporting activity is organised by your club. We do not provide training or sports services: we provide the tool. The sessions, their content, the facilities and supervision are the responsibility of the club and its staff.
- The commercial relationship between your club and us is governed by the contract we have with it. These terms govern your use of the platform as a user.
If you belong to several clubs within the same group, you use the same account for all of them.
Acceptance of these terms
You accept these terms when you activate your account, by ticking the corresponding box. If you already had an account when we published them, we will ask you to accept them the next time you log in. If we later modify them substantially, we will ask you to accept the new version the next time you log in (see section 16).
If you do not accept them, you cannot use the platform. In that case, speak to your club.
We keep a record of each acceptance, including the version accepted, the date, the device, the language and the IP address, so that we can prove it.
Minors
Padel clubs routinely work with minors, and the platform takes that reality into account.
- Minors under 14. These terms are accepted by their parent or legal guardian on their behalf, who takes responsibility for the use of the account and may exercise all of the minor's rights. The club obtains and keeps that authorisation, as explained in the Privacy Policy.
- Minors aged 14 to 17. They may accept these terms themselves. We recommend that they do so with the knowledge of their parent or legal guardian.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe that a minor in your care is using the platform without your authorisation, write to us at privacidad@gabyrecaelitehub.com or speak to the club.
Your account
- Your email address is your username. You always log in with that address and the password you choose.
- The account is personal and non-transferable. Do not share your password or let anyone else use your account.
- Keep your password safe. If you think someone has accessed your account, change your password and notify your club or write to us.
- Keep your details up to date. If you change your email address, ask your club to update it: it is the address we use to notify you of everything important.
Acceptable use
You undertake to use the platform lawfully, in good faith and only for its sporting purpose. In particular, you may not:
- access, or attempt to access, information about other people or other clubs that you are not entitled to;
- use another person's account or impersonate anyone;
- copy, extract or download data or content from the platform in bulk;
- upload content that is unlawful, offensive or discriminatory, or that infringes the rights of third parties;
- interfere with the operation of the platform, test its vulnerabilities or circumvent its security measures;
- decompile, modify or reverse engineer the software.
If you are a member of a club's staff, you must also:
- treat players' data as confidential, especially health data;
- consult only the information you need for your role;
- not use that data outside the club's sporting context or after you stop working for the club.
Health, wearables and wellbeing
- Connecting a wearable is voluntary. By connecting it, you give your explicit consent for us to receive its data, and you can withdraw that consent at any time by disconnecting it in the app settings.
- The platform is not a medical service. Health information, alerts and suggestions are intended to help adapt training, but they are not a diagnosis and do not replace an assessment by a healthcare professional. If you have symptoms or an injury, see a professional.
- Your club's staff, such as the physiotherapist or the fitness coach, may record injuries or limitations in your profile in order to adapt your training.
The processing of this data is explained in detail in the Privacy Policy.
Artificial intelligence
The platform uses artificial intelligence tools to transcribe and summarise voice notes, classify them, translate content, suggest exercises and detect alerts based on training data.
- Their outputs may contain errors. They are an aid for the club's staff, who decide whether to take them into account.
- No automated decisions are made that produce legal effects concerning you.
- The audio of voice notes is used only to transcribe it and is discarded at that point. The text is kept.
Content you provide
You are responsible for the content you add to the platform, such as notes, comments, assessments or photographs, and for having the right to share it.
So that we can provide the service, you authorise us to store that content, process it and display it within the platform to the people at your club who have access to it. This authorisation is non-exclusive, does not allow us to use your content for any other purpose and ends when the content or your account is deleted, except for anything that must be retained under the Privacy Policy.
Intellectual property
The software, the design, the trademarks “Gaby Reca Elite Hub”, “Reca Lab” and “ADN Reca”, the methodology and the catalogue of exercises, sessions and programmes are owned by us or used by us with authorisation.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right of use, limited to using the platform while you have access through your club. You may not copy, distribute, publish or exploit any of that content outside the platform, in particular the methodology and the catalogue, without our written authorisation.
Communications
We will send you the emails and notifications necessary for the service, for example:
- the creation of your account and the setting or changing of your password;
- notifications of new sessions, schedule changes, cancellations and reminders;
- security notices and changes to your access.
You can turn off notifications in your device settings. Security and account emails cannot be turned off, because they are necessary to protect your access. We do not send you advertising.
Service availability
We work to keep the platform running continuously and securely, but we cannot guarantee that it will be free of errors or interruptions. There may be downtime for maintenance, which we will endeavour to announce whenever possible.
We may improve, change or withdraw features. Some data, such as professional tour data or wearable data, depends on external providers and on their availability.
Suspension and termination
- By your club. Your club may deactivate or remove your access at any time. We will notify you by email.
- By us. We may suspend an account if it is used in serious breach of these terms or if there is a risk to the security of the platform or of other people. Whenever possible, we will let you know beforehand.
- By you. You can request the deletion of your account at gabyrecaelitehub.com/eliminar-cuenta or by writing to privacidad@gabyrecaelitehub.com.
When you stop belonging to a club, your sports history may be retained in association with the club's history, archived and not visible, under the terms of the Privacy Policy.
Liability
We are liable for the proper functioning of the platform in accordance with the law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:
- sporting or health-related decisions made by the club or its staff, even if they are based on information from the platform;
- injuries or damage arising from the sporting activity, which is organised and supervised by the club;
- the accuracy of data originating from third parties, such as wearables or tour results;
- damage caused by improper use of your account where you have not kept your password safe.
Nothing in the above limits the rights granted to you by consumer protection legislation, or our liability in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence.
Changes to these terms
These terms have a version number and a date, which appear at the beginning.
- Substantial changes, which affect your rights or obligations: we will notify you in the app before they take effect, with a summary of what is changing, and we will ask you to accept the new version.
- Minor changes, such as corrections to wording or contact details: these are published without requesting a new acceptance.
Languages
These terms are available in Spanish, English, French, German and Arabic. In the event of any discrepancy between versions, the Spanish version shall prevail.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute shall be heard by the courts and tribunals having jurisdiction under the legislation in force, while respecting the jurisdiction rules protecting consumers.
