Account and Data Deletion

Use this form to request the permanent deletion of your Gaby Reca Elite Hub account and the secure erasure of all your personal and biometric information, without signing in to the app.

This is a courtesy translation. The Spanish version is the legally binding one; in case of discrepancy, the Spanish text prevails.

What data is permanently deleted

When your deletion request is processed, our system irreversibly removes:

Login credentials: Email address, encrypted passwords and active sessions.
Profile and personal data: Name, photo, phone number and preferences.
Player profile: Date of birth, nationality, membership or licence number and anthropometric parameters.
Biometric and health history: Recovery Score, heart rate variability (HRV), sleep, fatigue and wellbeing questionnaires.
Linked devices: Access tokens and connections to Whoop or Wellbeinn wearables.
Evaluations and technical notes: Individual shot ratings, RPE loads and direct annotations.
Devices: Push notification identifiers linked to your phones or tablets.

What may be kept, and why

If you took part in group training sessions or matches, the record of those sessions is also part of the history of the other players and of the academy. So as not to destroy other people’s statistics, your profile is archived and unlinked: it disappears from active lists and your health data is destroyed completely.

Likewise, the minimum records that commercial or tax law requires us to keep remain blocked for the applicable legal periods.

Deletion request form

Enter the email address you use to sign in to the mobile app. You will receive an acknowledgement and the request will be completed within 30 working days at most.
